In 1819 a carriage driven by beautiful horses crossed Italy. It was the painter William Turner who, passing through the dusty road connecting Cortona to Arezzo, stopped drawing on his notebook the beautiful Montecchio Vesponi Castle. This and other views, exhibiting in Castiglion Fiorentino by a courtesy of the Tate Gallery in London, are exhibited along with the refined drawings of Professor Brian Dougan and his students. An event not to be missed! From Sunday 8th October to &th November in Castiglion Fiorentino.
